What File Types do you sell?

File types are JPG SVG PNG PDF and DXF. This should allow most users to find one that will work for you.

What Software or Cutter is supported?

The majority of our customers use Cricut or Silhouette. Use our Free sign up file as a test. Sign up, download and test. If it works ok...fantastic. If not then you have lost nothing. Feel free to unsubscribe if you wish

Most likely the file will work fine for you. 

How do I get the files I buy?

Files are available for download after completion of the sale. Email is also sent with a copy of the file. Any problems please let us know. We like happy customers.

What do I do with the files?

The files are in a zip file. This means that there are a number of files all in one package. Unzip the files and you will see the various cut files and also our licensing and other bits and pieces.

Can I use a phone for this?

Phones and tablets are not really what you need to be doing this craft. A PC or Mac with appropriate software will be the best solution for using the right software to drive the Cricut or Silhouette

Can I sell what I make?

Yes! Sell and then come back and buy some more designs. I want you to be busy selling and also buying designs from me. Win, win for all concerned!

Can I buy files and then give them away?

No. We work hard and this is our business. Please ask your friends to buy their own designs. Our prices are reasonable and this way we can all stay busy and have fun and do the right thing.

Do you do refunds?

No sorry. Digital files can not be returned. Check first that the file is what you want. Check that the file is the right type. We are happy to help if you have any problems.
